Mystery Shopper Program
Our Customers are the Mystery Shoppers! Prestige has had a mystery shop program for many years. In the past we used an outside company. Presently, we are using our customers as Mystery Shoppers. We believe having our customers evaluate our quality and service gives us a better insight into what they expect from us. The CEO discusses the shops with the manager and the person shopped every month. We continue to recognize the customer service representatives that have successfully achieved a 100% mystery shop, with a gift certificate, and at year-end with a special drawing for a trip to either San Diego, Las Vegas or a cash award. |
