Our Customers are the Mystery Shoppers! Prestige has had a mystery shop program for many years. In the past we used an outside company. Presently, we are using our customers as Mystery Shoppers.
We believe having our customers evaluate our quality and service gives us a better insight into what they expect from us. Every month, the CEO discusses the mystery shopper’s report with the manager and the people who served that shopper.
Prestige continues to recognize the customer service representatives who have successfully achieved a 100% mystery shop…both with a gift certificate, and at year-end with a special drawing for a trip to San Diego or Las Vegas or a cash award.
