1. Pre-Authorized Charge Form – Fill out a Pre-authorized Charge Form and leave it with the manager. This will allow us to set up your account immediately. This form will be kept confidential at our corporate office and will be used for billing purposes only.
   
   
2. Customer Preference Card – Fill out a Customer Preference Card so we may log your preferences into the computer.
   
   
3. Express Bags – Pick your bags! We have two sizes for your convenience. The regular 22 x 28 and the giant 30 x 40.
   Let us know how many you will need (up to 4 per customer).
   
   
4. Express Forms – Fill one out, keep the yellow copy and place the white copy in the bag with your order EVERY time you use our drop off service. In the absence of this form, our piece count will stand.
   
   
5. 24-Hour Drop-Off Bin – See anyone on our staff for a quick lesson about, and the combination to, our 24-hour drop off bin (where available).

Note: To protect your clothes from snags and holes, recyclable hangers should not be placed in Express Bags. Ask any of the staff for a free hanger caddie.
